Returns & Exchanges
At MISS LOLA, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that final sale items, bodysuits, and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a MISS LOLA digital gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
